When you arrive at the Welsh Dragon Bar, check-in, and get your complimentary drink and grab some nibbles. When you're ready, get your souvenir photo (go on, pop on a costume), and at 5:30pm the evening's activities will kick-off.
Ah, but if you're not in the mood for a schedule then there's plenty of room away from the music, microphones, and connecting ... this is your event, enjoy it your way.
